All images on this site are original and were taken by Ron Rob. The images are protected by copyright, and their use is permitted only according to the terms appearing here and on the specific photo page itself. The goal of this page is simple: to allow you to enjoy the photos fairly and clearly, without any mess or misunderstandings.
1) Images for Free Use Some images are noted as available for free use. Free use means you are allowed to download and use the image for personal and non-commercial purposes, for example: sharing on social media, screen wallpapers, use in a personal blog, educational projects, non-commercial articles, etc. In any case, even with free use, you must not use the image in a misleading way that suggests Ron endorsed a product, service, or specific stance.
2) The Credit Rule: What is Written on the Photo Page is the Law On some images, specific “Credit Text” appears at the bottom of the photo page.
3) Commercial Use Commercial use is any use that promotes a business, product, or service, or use made within the framework of an activity that generates money, even indirectly. For example: advertisements, business websites, sponsored posts, product packaging, marketing materials, landing pages, e-commerce use, paid books or courses, etc. The default on the site: Commercial use requires a commercial license or prior approval from the site owner, even if the image is marked for free use. If the photo page explicitly states that commercial use is permitted, then it is permitted according to what is written there, including credit conditions if they appear.
4) Use That Requires Prior Approval Even If Non-Commercial There are more sensitive types of use which therefore require prior approval even if you are not earning money directly. For example: political use, medical use, use that might portray a person as supporting something, use that might damage the reputation of a person or place, or use that could create legal exposure. If you are unsure, it is better to reach out before uploading or publishing.
5) What You Must Not Do With the Images
6) People, Privacy, and Third-Party Rights Some images may feature people, private property, works of art, trademarks, or identifiable places. The responsibility to ensure suitability for commercial or sensitive use lies with the user, and in certain cases, additional permissions may be required.
