The website RonRov.com (hereinafter: the "Website") is operated by RONROV (hereinafter: the "Operator"). These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Operator and any person browsing or using the Website (hereinafter: the "User").

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Website, including but not limited to:

  • All images, photographs, and visual content.
  • Source Code, Content Management System (CMS), Databases, site design, CSS, and JavaScript files.
  • Texts, articles, guides, and the Domain Name.

Are the exclusive property of the Operator. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or translate any part of the Website without express prior written permission.

3. Image License Terms

Violation of the license terms below will be considered copyright infringement and will result in legal action and a demand for maximum statutory damages.

Downloading and using images is permitted strictly for private, non-commercial purposes (e.g., wallpapers, student work, personal social media), provided no changes or distortions are made.

⛔ Prohibited: Commercial Use

Strictly prohibited to use images for profit, advertising, marketing, business promotion, commercial websites, or products without obtaining written permission and payment (if required).

Strict Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance):

  • AI & Scraping: Absolutely no scraping, use of bots, or using images for training Artificial Intelligence models.
  • Metadata: It is forbidden to remove Watermarks or EXIF/Metadata from files.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Security

The User undertakes NOT to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Perform any action that disrupts the Website's activity, including injecting malicious code, viruses, or Data Mining.
  • Bypass security mechanisms or attempt to hack the Website's management systems.

5. User Content & Comments

By posting content, the User declares they own the rights. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, delete, edit, or refuse to publish any content without notice. The User bears full responsibility for any defamation claim or damage caused by their content.

6. Limitation of Liability (AS IS)

The Service is provided "AS IS". The Operator shall not be liable for:

8. Jurisdiction & Changes

The Operator reserves the right to change these terms or terminate the Website at any time. These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv or Central Districts.
